MDDS customers who do not currently have a Recharge ID can now create one for use with their existing FAU.
This new service is available via the UCLA Recharge ID Self-Service portal. You will need to use your UCLA Logon ID to access the portal.
This service is provided by IT Services. If you experience technical difficulties with the system, please contact IT Services Client Support at clientsupport@it.ucla.edu.
Note:
- Only new Recharge IDs can be requested from the site. The new ID will be automatically generated by the system.
- The requestor cannot modify the Recharge ID’s funding source.
- If a change occurs in a current FAU (such as an expiration of a fund) then the Recharge ID will no longer be valid. You will need to obtain a new Recharge ID for the new FAU.
