Our new HP DesignJet Z6100 high-speed wide-format color printer utilizes durable ultraviolet inks that can withstand outdoor conditions. It can print posters and banners up to five feet wide and as long as you like. We can also produce full-color banners, self-adhesive displays and vehicle signage. We provide mounting services as well.
Ordering posters/banners/event displays is easy and convenient via our Online Ordering page. If you charge your purchase to your departmental recharge account, there is no sales tax to pay and no invoice to process. (If you do not have a departmental recharge, we also accept payment by credit card.)
Services are available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and standard color posters can often be printed while you wait. We can accept your files in most formats, including all MS Office products (including PowerPoint “.pptx” files) and all Adobe products.
Standard color prints on satin or gloss photo paper are charged at the lowest rates in town — and remember, NO SALES TAX is charged for departmental recharge customers; that is an additional 9.5% savings!
Document Services’ poster printing services are available at 555 Westwood Plaza (Strathmore Building) Level B (just one floor below the Parking Services offices).
